The effect of tinted filters, which enable color perception, is immediately felt by color blind people when they try on the lenses. These new tints offer a significant increase in contrast to combat dyschromatopsia - a form of colorblindness in which only two of the three fundamental colors can be distinguished due to a lack of one of the retinal cone pigments. 

Principle
Color blind people deficient in red and green will have difficulty visually separating these two colors. The tints help to accentuate the difference contrast between them.

The green color of the light spectrum will be attenuated, and the red will be accentuated. As a result, the contrast becomes significant, giving color blind people a better perception.

To achieve the best possible visual compromise, four categories of tints with four tint intensities have been created, offering a choice of 16 tints. It is advisable to try these tints to choose the one best suited to the wearer.

The glasses are used as standard non-refractive sunglasses and are available in different sun protection categories from 1 (indoor or cloudy weather) to 3-4 (outdoor, sunny weather) and tints. Category 4 - not suitable for driving!
