Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at efalcon.co.uk online store. This website efalcon.co.uk is operated by Kristina Iljina trading as efalcon [ST].
1. FREE Shipping
Free shipping provided by international online retail services and their delivery companies-partners like ePacket, EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS or equivalent.
All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email.
Free shipping is not available for ordering optical products, lamps, mirrors and magnifiers. Also, free shipping is not available for companies that order on wholesale terms (min. order £120). Information about countries that order optical products, lamps, mirrors and magnifiers or on wholesale terms and information about shipping costs can be obtained at the time of ordering (during check-out).
Products that available for wholesale only and standard international shipment are shown in the category For Businesses.
Estimated free shipping times: 10 to 30 business days.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
2. EXPEDITED shipping by DHL, FedEx or equivalent (5-15 days)
All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email. Shipping by the expedited method costs £4.95 per item.
EXPEDITED shipping is not available for optical products, lamps, mirrors and magnifiers and companies that order on wholesale terms (min. order $130). Information about countries that order on wholesale terms and shipping costs can be obtained at the time of ordering (during check-out).

3. Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-13 days):
For enquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at info@efalcon.co.uk immediately after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment. Do note that shipping by the express method costs about £30-£50 per item.

4. Standard International Shipment
Available for ordering optical products, lamps, mirrors and magnifiers or orders made by companies only.
Information about countries that can order optical products, lamps, mirrors and magnifiers or on wholesale terms, and shipping costs can be obtained at the time of ordering. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated according to your address and the parcel’s dimensions, and displayed at checkout.
Delivery provided by UPS, Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay or equivalent services.

Order Processing times:
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 3-5 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.
Order cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at info@efalcon.co.uk as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
Separate packages
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry. We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at info@efalcon.co.uk and we'll take care of it right away.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at info@efalcon.co.uk and we'll check it out for you right away.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
efalcon.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
efalcon.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing info@efalcon.co.uk with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
